Our expertise guarantees today’s women lingerie with perfect fit and impeccable cuts, rooted in corsetry savoir-faire and meeting the highest quality standards.
Aware of the social and environmental challenges of the textile industry, we are progressively structuring our CSR approach by adapting our practices and internal processes.
Aubade is the ultimate Parisian premium lingerie brand.
Our mission for over 60 years:
to help women feel beautiful and reveal their personality and sensuality.
Aubade is committed to promoting European craftsmanship
For over 60 years, our lingerie sets have been designed to accompany you far beyond a single season. Quality is one of the founding values of our Maison.
At Aubade, we cultivate French excellence in craftsmanship. We are committed to supporting and promoting local artisanal trades. Lace makers from Calais and European embroiderers are heirs to a long corsetry tradition, as reflected in the significant share of our European suppliers each season (77% in 2025).
Aubade is committed to combining desirability and responsibility
Our annual carbon footprint assessment allows us to identify our main impact area: our products.
Our reduction strategy therefore focuses primarily on lowering the carbon footprint of each model. Our product teams work towards shared goals: integrating more recycled materials into each component and prioritizing lower-impact fibers.
This approach is carried out without compromising the desirability and appeal of our products.
34%*
of our component suppliers are French (lace makers, knitters, weavers, accessory manufacturers, etc.)
100%
of our components are traceable across all our products (main fabric, embroidery, tulle, elastics, jewelry, underwires, etc.)
96%
of Aubade employees are women, including 100%* within governance bodies

Aubade is committed to obtaining recognized certifications
Since 2023, Aubade has been certified GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) by Ecocert Greenlife (EGL n°241363). These certifications ensure material traceability and compliance with social and environmental criteria throughout the supply chain.
Our GRS-certified lines contain at least 50% of recycled materials. Several iconic lines such as 2K Rosessence, Love Soul, and Sheer Emotion are made using GRS-certified recycled embroidery, tulle, and components.
For men, some models use organic cotton certified GOTS. These boxers combine style, comfort, and commitment. Look for certified products via the official labels on the relevant items.
Regular Monitoring of Our Practices
As part of our ongoing commitment to responsibility, our manufacturing partners undergo annual SMETA 4-pillar audits. This ensures compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards.
We work with our partners on a continuous improvement approach, monitored over time.
Our subcontractors also commit to respecting the Calida Group Code of Conduct, which governs health, safety and working conditions.

Ethics at the Heart of Our Production Chain
All our manufacturing partners undergo annual SMETA 4-pillar audits, ensuring compliance with ethical, social and environmental standards defined in our CSR policy.

Our Commitment to Transparency
Traceability across the entire value chain is a priority. Fairly Made, a French startup, supports us in this initiative.
Since summer 2023, customers can trace the journey of our creations via a QR code on the label or on the dedicated e-shop page.

Equality and Anti-Discrimination
We have made the fight against discrimination a key element of our HR policy. By signing a diversity charter, we reaffirm our commitment to cultural, ethnic, and social diversity.

Women’s Health
Supporting women’s health is essential to us. We are committed to the fight against breast cancer. Aubade supports the Ruban Rose association, which raises awareness of early screening and contributes to research funding.
